JUNIOR LEAGUE OF SAN FRANCISCO
ANNOUNCES 2007 ANNUAL HOME TOUR
“LEFT MY HEART IN SAN FRANCISCO”
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (June 2007)¾On Saturday, October 13th, design aficionados will flock to the historic Russian Hill neighborhood to enjoy breathtaking views and elegant homes at The Junior League of San Francisco’s 13th Annual Home Tour entitled “Left My Heart In San Francisco.”
Recognized as one of the nation’s foremost tours of private residences, The Junior League of San Francisco’s Home Tour raises hundreds of thousands of dollars every year in support of the organization’s charitable outreach efforts, which are currently focused on supporting and strengthening families in need.
“Russian Hill is such a historic neighborhood and its many unique attributes from the world-famous Lombard Street and iconic cable cars to amazing views and gorgeous architecture make it the perfect place to celebrate the special character of San Francisco,” says Home Tour Co-Chair Patricia Ivancich Dassios. “We hope to create a true celebration of our city and one of its most special neighborhoods. We’re also excited to meet and surpass our fundraising goals this year and have a notable impact on the community programs we as a League support.”
JLSF President Stacey Fleece adds “Our organization’s current focus is to support and strengthen families in need. Funds raised from the Home Tour ensure that we are able to provide both financial and volunteer support to many community programs in the San Francisco Bay Area.”
