New Member Dues & Course Fee

Understanding League Dues

All Active Members pay annual dues by April 1 for the following League year (June 1 – May 31). New Members pay the same membership dues as Active Members. Women who join mid-year (i.e., as part of a Spring New Member Class) pay prorated dues of 50% for the remainder of that year and 100% of dues by April 1 the following year. New Members also pay a one-time fee of $115 for the New Member Program.

Member dues are 100% tax deductible. The New Member Program fee of $115 is not tax deductible.

How Much Can I Expect to Pay?

Prospective Members who apply for the Fall New Member class pay $280 member dues for the League Year (June – May) and $115 New Member Program Fee, for a total payment of $395.

Prospective Members who apply for the Spring New Member class pay $140 member dues for half of the League Year (December – May) and $115 New Member Program fee, for a total payment of $255.

Regardless of when a member goes through the New Member Program, active member dues of $280 must be paid by the following April 1 to remain in good standing for the next League year, and every year by April 1 so long as the member retains Active status with the JLSF.
