North Beach Neighborhood
The San Francisco Italian Athletic Club (SFIAC) is located in the historic North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco, California. North Beach, San Francisco’s Little Italy, is known for its sidewalk cafes and old world charm. In its current location overlooking Washington Square Park since 1936, the recently renovated SFIAC has served the North Beach community by supporting cultural and community-based events. North Beach visitors will find themselves among the landmark City Lights Bookstore, Cafe Trieste, and a thriving retail area that spans Columbus Avenue.

The opportunity: Sell your goods to an audience who is coming to support the Junior League of San Francisco and our causes, as well as those already in the area to shop and explore the neighborhood!
Location: This is an indoor event. We will be inside the main banquet room of the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club in the middle of the North Beach Neighborhood.
What do you get: An 8×3ft table, chair, linens, and electrical outlets are available.
What to bring: Inventory, decor/display materials, extension cord, if needed.
Cost to participate: $50 vendor fee + 15% of day of sales. Tax donation letters will be provided for the 15% of sales. The donation will be collected at the end of the event, and we will accept payment via Square, cash or check.
Set up time: 1 pm – 3 pm. Please package your items so that they are easily transportable. There will be a small loading zone in front of SFIAC. Only street parking is available during the event.
Event time: VIP shopping hours 3 pm – 5 pm; General Admission shopping hours 5 pm – 9 pm.
Teardown time: 9 pm – 10 pm. Please package your items so that they are easily transportable. There will be a small loading zone in front of SFIAC.
Terms and Conditions: Please read the terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting your application. If accepted into the show, you are required to maintain your booth for the entirety of the show. The Junior League of San Francisco, Inc. (JLSF) does not allow early teardown. You must be ready and set up by the beginning of the show. If you need to cancel, your vendor fee will not be refunded. You may have only two people working from 3 pm to 9 pm, but additional people may help you with setup and teardown. Please bring snacks and water with you.
By accepting our terms, you agree that the JLSF can use logos and photographs from your social media and merchandise photos on promotional materials. You agree that the JLSF can use photos taken of your booth, product, and self on the JLSF website, blog or other marketing materials.
The Junior League of San Francisco, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, (Tax ID Number 94-1156336). You agree to pay a nonrefundable vendor fee of $50 if selected to participate in the Holiday Faire. You agree to donate 15% of gross sales made at our Holiday Faire to The Junior League of San Francisco, Inc. Your donation is due at the end of the event, via Square, cash or check.
