Safe & Sound – formerly, the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center (SFCAPC) – has been working to prevent child abuse and reduce its devastating impact for more than 40 years.

They empower children in classrooms across the city to protect themselves, help parents cope effectively with stress by engaging them in counseling and support services, and provide a best in class approach to children’s advocacy through our strategic partnerships with city and county agencies.

This year marks the eighth year that the JLSF has partnered with Safe & Sound to directly reach the families served by the organization through a number of events and programs, including providing workshops, events, and family dinners as part of its Family FUNdamentals programming.
