2018 ANNUAL LUNCHEON RECAP

Oh, what an afternoon!  Gina Pell, keynote speaker, and Marie Hurabiell, moderator and former Sustainer JLSF member, lead a delightful conversation that resonated with non-members, Provisionals, Actives, Sustainers, and our Emeritus members alike. It was a lovely talk that centered on staying relevant at whatever age for we are all an everblooming perennial community.  Guests enjoyed Laurie Burns Design flower crown station and an opportunity to be glammed by Glamsquad during the champagne reception at the historic Metropolitan Club.

Gina Pell is an early internet entrepreneur who launched several companies during her career—starting with the pioneering women’s portal Splendora in 1999 which was acquired by Joyus, the world’s first video shopping platform. Today she is the Content Chief and Co-Founder of THE WHAT, a fast-growing weekly newsletter for Perennials with a community of 100,000 members. Join the The What or The What Women community today!
