Training

The training that the Junior League of San Francisco, Inc. provides to our members is what sets us apart from other organizations in San Francisco.

Ever since 1901 when our founder, Mary Harriman, taught her friends how to work with tenement families on the Lower East Side of New York City, the Junior League has been committed to developing leadership skills in women. Today our volunteers learn through a variety of innovative and hands-on training.

Our timely, relevant, and engaging training events enhance the personal and professional development of Junior League of San Francisco members and equip them to fulfill a variety of roles within and beyond the organization. Most topics focus on transferable skills, customized to the unique needs of JLSF members and facilitated by professional facilitators, industry experts, and corporate trainers.
